This is the house plan, 27 meters by about 14 externally. The maids lounge and bedroom will make two more bedrooms, but not for us so there could be six bedrooms on the top floor. When finished there will be three bathrooms. The maids kitchen would be difficult to utilise, there is a blocked up door between this and the utility but I can not really think of a use for it. We already have the library as an extra room with no real use, we will add book shelves and store books here but they could be stored in the study.
